Guardian Homes
A guardian home is a co-owner venture between Cherry Blossom Labradoodles and carefully chosen families. We retain ALL rights to breed the dog for an agreed amount of time.
The families purchase the puppy for a reduced amount and will be paid back in full over the breeding time of the dog in installments.
Females will stay with me during her heat until she is pregnant. Then she will stay with us for the last two weeks prior birth. As well, she will be here for the eight weeks
after the birth of the puppies.*
Males will stay with us until conception is proven with an ultrasound.
The ONLY vet bills Cherry Blossom will cover during this agreement are the ones related directly to the breeding process, pregnancy, and post natal concerns.
ALL other vet charges will be the responsibility of the guardian home owners.
At the completion of the agreement Cherry Blossom will pay for the spaying/neutering of the dog.
